for future referrance or anyone  whom used the search button and had a similar question, the remote program for the psp uses the Pronto remotes hex codes. If your codes cannot be found, you can use a hex editor on similar models/brand to make it work.  obviously, the Pronto branded remotes can control ANYTHING that can be controlled by IR.
