Will PUB check all the water supplies before it is send to our homes, school etc?

will PUB check the water supplies for poisons or other things before sending it to our homes, schools and workplaces?

I assume that PUB is either your water supplier or an oversight agency. The answer is yes, to some extent. Water suppliers are required to check the water they send out for some things and to send out an annual Customer Confidence Report (at least in my state). Are they going to check for every possible contaminant? No; that would not be feasible. Even so, water-borne problems are very rare in the developed world.
