If your BC pill regulates your period it kill babies.

BC pill work by "changes the cellular structure of the lining of the uterus (the endometrium) and hinders implantation of a fertilized egg.

  1. yes we should have to think so.

life will be good with mccain.

  2. I was wondering why there was a line in her bio that said she was "pro-contraception"! When I read that I thought "okay--is that an important position to have in 2008? Because it sounds like something from 1908!" So now I understand where that came from. Still, it's pretty unsettling that she is a member of an organization that appears to question birth control. That's just too bizarre to consider. And I'm wondering how many members they have. I can't image that they would have more than a dozen people who believe that there's something wrong with birth control.

I'm sorry but this whole concept is too foreign to contemplate.

  3. If Bush didn't overturn RoeVWade, there's no way Palin is going to do it.  Clearly, you don't have a true understanding of what a president or v.p. is actually able to accomplish while in office, Obot.

  4. She might, but she won't - McCain have lost long ago.

  5. She only has four children.

    One grandchild.

Try and convince me that the youngest one (w/ Down Syndrome) isn't actually her daughter's baby.

Trust me, I bet she wishes her daughter was on birth control.

  6. she won't be leading the fight so no she won't be successful banning the pill. neither will anyone else, no matter what you think about birth control this method is here to stay.

  7. And therein lies the problem.

    Her holier-than-thou attitude.

But if Hillary's supporters want to vote for her, then let them.

    No good deed goes unpunished.

She made a choice to have her baby who would be born with down syndrome.  Now she wants to take away other women's right to choose simply because they might not make the same choice as she made.

A woman would be a fool to vote for Palin.

  8. I was not aware that this one of her causes. I hope she does try to champion a no birth control form of legislation.  It will just further expose the right as an out of touch party.  they have a word for those that do not believe in birth control, they are called PARENTS.  How up tight would this country be if an "abstinence only" party were in control of the government?

  9. I can't see it happening. That's a little too extreme for most americans.

  10. Not a chance.  Let's get back to basics, good old conservative fundamentals.  There is big business in birth control pills.  The pharmaceutical lobby is one of the most powerful forces in Washington.  The industry has its hooks pretty well sunk into the Republican ticket and congressional candidates of both parties.  The Vice Presidential candidate's proposal will not find a place in McCain's administration.  .

Even were she to succeed to the presidency, I do not see this happening.  It would never get past the House or Senate, regardless of the party in the majority.  I doubt it would even come to a vote.  There is way too much money on the table.

It is big business.  The Republican holy grail.  Not a chance.

That's my opinion on your speculative question.

    Thank you.

  11. It would never get off the ground.  There are simply too many obstacles.

Besides that, Palin will most likely never (politically) make it past being Governor of the state of Alaska.

  12. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. The Pill Kills? Are you serious? Guns and bombs kill innocent lives too. Why not try helping someone in Iraq with a family than bother me with you born-again BS.
