Will Palin keep talking about family values now that her daughter is pregnant?

I just wonder how she will handle this in public. Will she drop the family values theme?

    Talk about that alongside this!

    Oh yeah, his 4 year old listens to Snoop Dogg.  (bad parenting IMO)

  5. It will be interesting to see.  Poor girl, it is hard enough being 17 and pregnant without your parent being a public figure.

  9. You can point your kids in the right direction; you can't make their decisions for them.I believe Barack Messiah said that if this happened to one of his own daughters that he wouldn't hold her to the mistake.Values are not exactly Obama's strong suit.

    Palin is in position now to make Obama look really unfit. She could have told her daughter to abort and not be "punished with a child" but she didn't. She is now able to garner the Pro-Life Evangelical vote very easily. This will work out for her and McCain very well.

    Governor Palin is not responsible for her daughter's pregnancy; her daughter is.  It was her daughter's choice, not Governor Palin's.

    A simple "I wish she had listened to me when I talked to her about this, but seeing as she chose not to, we will help her through this in any way we can" will do to explain it and approach it in public.  It's more than my family would have done for me.

    I hope young Ms Palin realizes just how lucky she is to have her family support her the way they are.
