Will Palownia Trees grow here in England. If so what sort of distance would be best to plant them.?

  1. not to far so you can do your bussines at your first home, but not to close so they feel you force them to like me


  2. Paulownia will grow in England quite happily. A friend of mine has one in his front garden in Leicester. Its not particularly sheltered but not in the middle of an open field either. They get to about 50 feet when mature and they're not that slow growing either. It produces a very dense crown of big leaves. So don't put it outside your kitchen window!

  3. Yes they will and look even more fantastic if you pollard them in early spring. Then they produce huge huge leaves. If you leave them to grow they have gorgeous lilac foxglove flowers in spring.
