Will Patrick Ewing Jr. be a fan favorite at MSG?

New York fans can be very fickle. They are quick to boo but can be very supportive. Given that Pat Jr. is playing for the same team that his dad did, will he became a fan favorite at the Garden? Why or why not?

If he makes the team, he will be a fan favorite just on his namesake alone. It's true, New York fans can be very fickle but they are also known to be the most knowledgeable. They don't expect him to ever reach (or even approach) the level of greatness that his dad did. He will be a fan favorite because hearing his name announced will evoke memories of the good ole days for Knicks fans!

Yea i live in NY but a Heat fan. its kind of dumb. Just cause his dad is Ewing doesnt mean he will turn out like him espically he was a low draft pick.
