Hi Friend's i want to send 50$ to my friend's paypal account from my account. Will paypal charge me . If yes than how much.

I have Personal paypal account .

No, paypal only charges you when you sell things and receive money from the sell. So you are definitely not going to have to pay to send money to ur friend.  But since its a simple sending of money, I dont think ur friend has to pay either.
