Will Percocet show up as the same as Lortab in a pre-employment urine drug test?

Percocet=Oxycodone=An opiate

The urine drug screen detects anything that chemically 'acts' like an opiate - so yes. When they put the dip stick in, it will show positive for opiates - It won't say if it's heroin or codeine.

All reputable urine tests then go off to a lab (or are sent off to begin with, using no on site chemical test) where they are run through a machine called a GC/MS. This machine will show specifically what drug you are taking assuming it is possible to do so.

Yes, the test will be positive for opioids regardless of wether you use percocet, lortab, or heroin

it was your script if you have the bottle you should mention it on the paperwork when you go to test so if it shows up they know why . who is to say you didn't take them all and just hurt yourself the other day and took one  left over?

azr should have been a chemist or a former user no matter he's exactly right the answer to your question is yes.  3 days from now there will be no trace of the opiate,  keep that in mind before you p**s for your PO.

I don't know if you knew this, but neither Lortab nor Percocet show up in p**s tests. drug tests don't test for ALL opiates, they only test for MORPHINE.

Heroin, for example, converts into morphine in the body, so it will show up on a drug test.

Percocet and Lortab DO NOT convert into morphine, so they will not show up on a drug test.
