It was the scandals of Jack that causes the Republicans to lose Congress in 2006.

Probably.  

I don't know why this administration has allowed the courts to interfere in the usual workings of government in the first place.

We have some of the best government representatives that money can buy.  I'm sorry to say that I can't afford their representation, but at least I know they are there if I ever win a lottery.
