Will President Obama make a significant contribution to establishing peace on this planet?

I really wish him well and hope and pray that he will lead the USA and Europe into a more compassionate and enlightened world. Ok, before you start flaring off, of course Europe is its own entity but the fact of the military and economic might of the USA means that where ever the US goes, the rest of us are significantly affected. It's time we started looking at our situation on this planet in terms of humanitarian governance. Lets hope that Baracka can provide a lead.

Well he has to be better than GWBush who has done nothing but destabilise different parts of the world.

McCain, from what I'm lead to believe would be as bad as Bush, but I can't see McCain getting into the White House.

What the pro-Bush supporters don't seem to understand is that his actions have increased the threats to America and decreased Americas ability to "win hearts and minds."

Before establishing peace on his on this planet he should start on his own country. Too bad his own country isn't AMERICA. His campaign is bringing less peace and more diversity than I have ever seen in America. It's sad.
