Will Push Ups/Running Affect Muscle Mass?

If I am trying to work on building mass should i do pushups with my heavy weight sets?

Will doing 300 pushups a few minutes before i start my free weight heavy sets will that affect me building mass?

Same question with running. Will running before i do heavy sets for my legs affect me growing mass in my calfs and quads?

  1. if u want muscle do squats and dont do just running. Do sprinting with full rest inbetween, at 50m.

    dont do 300 push ups


  2. in terms of cardio and weights=

    do weights first and then cardio if u wanna tone up

    if u'd lke to gain muscle then do cardio and then weights.

    if u do 300 push-ups  daily u should definitely gain some mass
