Will Rats eat my speaker wires?

Question

I have my surround sound speakers wired through the ceiling, into the attic..and they come out the other end , outside my room. There are some rats up in the attic, will they eventually BITE my speaker wires?

I have found from experience that the b******s only chew on certain size cables in order to wear down their teeth as they are rodents. My guess skinny little cables would not attract their attention, I have been wrong in the past though!

rats will mess everything if you will not get rid of them. I advise you to make sure your house is free from rats. ^_^

Use rat food (one that poisons them), rat traps and lastly clean your house regularly. Sometimes it is best that you have cats at home. ^_^

try to get a PVC piping for your wires. Rats dont eat PVC. Better buy a few rat traps and call the rat exterminator or else it will be bye bye wires.
