I reckon he should be sacked. he should never have been appointed in the first place. He is going down in history as Carlton's most unsuccessful coach already.

  1. yeah i think he will

  2. Is this the real richo or not, i think not, he wouldn't say 'we' when mentioning Carlton, he is a Richmond man like me.

but the question, well he would already be in the Carlton boards sights, no worries, he cant get the job done, but as Judd gets fitter and so does nick(strauchnie)Stevens, (what is it with Carlton and fat blokes, lance,) also this kruezer looks like a gun, he can run, kick the ball well, his agility for a big fella is fantastic, he will be a champion, no worries at all.

as they all play more games together they will get better, let him have at least another 6 games, if they haven't won, I'd sack him.

  3. I think he'll see it out. I don't believe in sacking coaches mid-season. It just causes additional problems within the club.

  4. I think he will see the season out.

Having said that I don't think he was the right person to be appointed coach when he was.

He was appointed a stop gap part way through last season & did nothing to indicate that he would be any good as a coach. Not many low profile persons become good AFL coaches  there are a few exceptions - but the high profile ex-player type coach always gets the fans behind them & they also gain more respect from the younger players.

  5. It isn't Ratten's fault, you are a Carlton supporter, name four Carlton players who gave away free kicks for bashing behind play on Saturday night, and ask whether THEY should get fired.

  6. You're a clown like Brett Ratten - seriously I think he looks like a clown. I think you and him should enroll in clown school.

  7. From now until game 12 they will let me go.

If after the mid-year break they don't improve; the board will be looking for another coach by the end of the year.

    Who is out of contract?

    Voss

    Daniher

    Clarkson

    Sheedy

    .

  8. He'll last the season out unless he quits

  9. let ratten see the end of the year out for sure we dont need a another coach treated the way pagan was. but in saying this carlton will need a new coach next year and these are the people in order i think carlton should go for.

    1/ kevin sheedy /2 dean laidly/ 3/ chris conley/ 4/ neil danaheir

carlton need to act for next year seriously carlton could go all year without a win. i think they will win 2 games possibly 3 which should give them another wooden spoon. kevin sheedy is the man. his experience , knowledge, and the way he would be a mentor to fevola , waite , judd, stevens, would be invaluble. fevola would kick 100 goals under sheedy, could you imagine fevola giving sheedy lip  i dont think so he would be out the door quick smart. sign sheedy for 3 years within 2 carlton will be playing finals again. thats what we want and need. ratten has no experience , and in my veiw coaches like wayne brittan and look at that story disaster. wake up carlton board start using your heads and get in a sheedy he would do the job. look at his record at essendon he is what the blues need.

  10. They need to give him a bit of time...probably the whole year then they will review it at the end of the season...remember this is Carlton....even God would have a hard time resurrecting this team

  11. I think he will see the end of the year. hes a good coach. and the players are good, they just need to act like a team and help each other out instead of being one man shows.
