  1. He goes back to the Dolphins, that was deal from the beginning.

  2. He is not any good anymore..maybe as he was not getting paid that much, he did not play that good......but he will go back...Miami should trade him to Browns or Raiders...they dont really need him...

  3. Ricky was in trouble with the Dolphins for all this mess and there was talk of him having to repay the big signing bonus he got when he signed there.  I think his decision to return to the NFL will be largley based on monetary issues.

  4. Ricky will return To the Dolphins & he wil be traded

  5. I don't think he has what it takes anymore. He's lost his competitive edge to make it back in the NFL imo. Morris and Brown seem to be doing a decent job for Miami and they don't have the baggage that Ricky has with his drug testing

  6. Argos dont need Ricky and the NFL doesn't want Ricky..........Maybe the question should be is where does Ricky want to be? We dont want him walking out again do we? or he may want to do drugs again. Thanks Ricky please go somewhere either then here. Thanks

  7. Hopefully he will return to the NFL.   Canada doesn't really need the likes of Ricky Williams.  Players suspended by the NFL or any other league have no business being accepted as players in the CFL.  The Argonauts did nothing but belittle the CFL by allowing a suspended player to be part of their team and our league.  Pinball lost a lot of the class I felt he had by allowing Williams to play in Canada.

  8. Well, if he could earn the type of scratch up here, he'd probably stay in the CFL. I would think if the NFL lets him back in, he'll return to the Marine Mammals or another team desperate for a RB.

To be honest his running style does not suit the CFL where power runners are pretty useless. After all, it's three-down football here and guy like Robert Edwards (remember him, NE Pats and Pro Bowl fans?) are far superior.

  9. He will return to the Dolphins... When he washes out, he might return... Or get traded to Oakland, as Al Davis is the only person dumb enough to take a chance on him...

  10. HE WAS NO GOOD IN THE CFL

    SO WHO CARES

  11. Although he's said he wants to stay in the CFL(apparently they have some pretty good "Herb" in Canada), if Ricky doesn't return to MIami, he'll have to give some of the bonus money back.

  12. He came to the CFL because he was suspended by the NFL for substance abuse, his fourth violation, for the 2006 season.

He's gone from the CFL, and will go back to the NFL, or somewhere else in 2007. One thing is certain, he won't be playing in the CFL in 2007. Read the link I posted about Williams departing the CFL.

  13. The real question is will the Dolphins - or anyone in the NFL - want him back?

  14. back to the Dolphins

  15. In Ricky-ease, he likes Toronto and seems to enjoy the Canadian game.  In all honesty, I'm thinking he likes the fact that he didn't quite get the attention overload that he was getting in the NFL.

That being said, I doubt the Dolphins would let him out of his contract for next season.  Odds are he'll play in Miami until his contract is finished, then we might see him back here again.

Then again, one never quite knows what's going on in Ricky's World.
