  2. Yes.  All the rock band instruments will work with Rock Band 2.

Yes, ad from what ive read on the internet...All teh different instruments are compayible with each other...so rock band drums can be played with on guitar hero world tour, and rock revolution mic with rock band...that is a rumor...supposedly microsoft confrimed cross compatibility but again..only a rumor...but yes...rock band 2 can be played with rock band 1 instruments.
