I agree with the 1st poster.  The justice system favors whites....like OJ Simpson, the stripper who accused the 3 white duke la crosse players falsely, and Twanna Bradley.

If America is Still America and are Judicial System continues its patterns. Then He will not go to jail. Laws are usally enforced by race.  Whites tend to get a slap on the wrist. While people of collor always get the book thrown at them for the same crimes. Marion is a perfect example.

    What about Cheney? What about Bush? What about Karl Rove refusing a court order to testify, he has yet to be arrested?

I would feel that if congress wishes to nip the trend of athletes openly lying to them, than he will go to jail.

If they are not serious, he will walk, and that would be a crying shame.
