  1. of course not and it is a very naive question if i may say, the only country that needs to be watched regarding nuclear weapons is Iran

  2. They don't have to use nukes.  Two divisions and their air force would overrun Poland in two weeks.

  3. No, they will not.  I don't think they will attack Poland at all, actually.  That would be an incredibly stupid move.

  4. Historically speaking, statistics show whoever attacks Poland generally loses (not necessarily Poland, but the area it used to be a.k.a  Prussia)

  5. Russia should know they we be destroyed for such a stupid move

  6. Probably not, as to do so would cause a nuclear war with the EU and with the US.

Or, at the vary least, a conventional war with the EU and US.

Neither of which it could win.

All of the threats being spouted by Russia are nothing more than Soviet era intimidation methods. As former Warsaw Pact countries draw closer to the US and Europe, it feels as if it is being given the "cold shoulder," so to speak, and wants to remind the world that it is still a superpower.

    Example: Georgia

So, with Poland being more westernized, and signing a military alliance with the US, Russia feels helpless to reign in its former Republics.

It instead tries to intimidate countries.

The threat of a nuclear strike is most likely not real, and is just an overly grand attempt at scaring poland away from being pro US.

  7. Russia is not a world power anymore. They would have to strike very fast and use their nuclear weapons because their military is just miserable. Without nukes, they would be destroyed just about by any country in Europe.

  8. i doubt they would, they are not that stupid, they know well the consequences of a nuclear strike on poland, every country in NATO wielding nuclear bombs would launch on nuke of their own in a from of retaliation.. so that would be quite a number of nukes. No country could win an unconventional war, as mankind would be wiped out by nuclear weapons, and russia, despite their numerous army and large country, would not stand a chance againts all of europe in an unconventional war. now look back at ww2, germany alone was raining h**l on Russia and thrusted in pretty deep, while at the same time fending off the allies in the west. now imagine if everyone Nation in NATO decided to pound h**l in europe, if countries like America, Canada, England, France, Spain, Germany, Turkey, and Ukrain (to point out the military powers) decided to unite in unconventional warfare, russia would not stand much of a chance. unless lets say North Korea and Iran and China decided to help them... then that would be known as ww3, and eventually conventional warfare would turn into unconventional when the first country out of desperation decided to launch the heavy artillery.

  9. Most definitely not, especially considering the war ended today.
