Can the NRL stop him, our courts have no juristiction over French law, the NRL is all bluff at this stage, the IRB and ARU have washed there hands of it, they cannot stop him!!!

I think you're right. 'Money Bill Williams' will play if he wants to. The only thing the NRL can do is ban him from playing in the NRL and thats not gonna stop him playing in France.

No court can force you to play somewhere you dont want to.

Thats not to say that its not a dog act to totally break a contract like he's done.

Of course he will!! I think we all need to realise that we are in capitalist world and money talks. He has been offered a good amount of money and he had made a decision. I think these days only fans are loyal players are playing for money. Nothing wrong with that as they are professionals not armatures. I think we as in fans needs to adjust to the new world order.
