Will Sachin Tendulkar manage to score 20,000 ODI runs?

Question

Assuming he plays on until the 2011 World Cup, will he be able to score the 3,639 runs he needs to go past the 20000 mark? (He currently has 16,361).

No. As someone said 1000 a year three year straight is too much for anyone especially at 36 No chance. Only a miracle will do it. Though he is capabe of it, he will finish at 18000-19000. That's guaranteed for sachin. He will not go past 19500.

in fact the answer would be a NO from me because, its too much runs for a batman to get and i dont think sachin will get it. he can if he was 2 years younger

I hope he will reach if he dose i will be the 1 of the most happiest person in this world i love him a lot i pray for him to get that milestone and lots and lots of health at present he is the worlds best cricketer at that age with so many injuries still running around entertaining the world more then 19 years hats of to him we have seen many more great players but he is the greatest keep going brother love you please get 20000 runs in ODI's and 15000+ in Test..
