Will Shoaib Akhtar play last time in ICC World Cup 2011?

My friend told me that Shoaib Akhtar is playing his last world cup but I want to confirm that is it true?

According to Akhtar this is his last World Cup, and the last time for him to help his team bring the “Cup” back home after 1992.Akhtar, who made his debut in One Day Internationals (ODIs) on 28 March 1998 against Zimbabwe, made his mark in international cricket in the ICC World Cup, 1999, where he was the fastest bowler of the tournament.
The young Akhtar was unplayable and the finest batsmen around the world just didn’t have any answer against his pure pace. Well it’s not 1999 and Akhar isn’t that young any more. In fact after 99, the 35-year old has been marred by career ending injuries but like any other fighter he has always managed to climb back to his spot in the national team.
