With the transfer deadline just over two weeks away do you think Spurs will sign anyone else. If so who. Also is there anyone you think might be leaving the club.

  1. Spurs just lost Berbatov to Manchester United. So it would need to replace him with someone else and its said that they are going to buy Arshavin.

  2. all depends wether berbatov stays or goes, only one paper is stating that he is leaving but this is the paper that fergie uses as his unnoficial mouthpiece so there is probably no truth in it. however if he does leave i think spurs will sign arshavin or pavyluchenko.

  3. I really hope so as it seems that Berbatov is going to sign for Man Utd either today or tomorrow. With Only Bent as the only main striker we need atleast one or two strikers. Arshavin is heavily linked again today. I think he would be good but isn't a striker so a new striker is a must. Also that Man City defender might come. It should be an interesting transfer window. Lots more transfers to come me thinks :) Hopefully will be good for Spurs. Our midfield for once looks awesome. It's just ashame we have gotten rid of what was probably the best striker force in the premiership with Keane and Berbatov

  4. they will sign cristiano ronaldo for 10 million pounds

  5. no there are saving up there money for next the tanfer

  6. I'm a big fan of the Spurs system. They thrive on hard, aggressive defense and then use well-executed plays on offense to score the basket. The downside to this is that this system seems very "passive" in a way .. they have to react to an opponent's mistake to really get their own system to work (compare this to the Suns and you'll know what I mean).

Of course, the Spurs realized this from the start, which is why they brought in Ginobili, who knows how to cut through defenses and score / draw foul at will. That's great and all (and in fact, it's been crucial to the Spurs' success).

But neither of these guards is what we would consider a supreme athlete. Meaning they won't be able to intimidate the other team with their abilities (like Shawn Marion or Vince Carter could).

That being said, I think the Spurs need another guy who is an athletic freak that can jump out of the building. He won't have any other responsibilities ... all he needs to do is jump up and throw down passes from Parker, Duncan, Ginobili, and heck even Bowen once in a while. A Shawn Marion would be great for the spurs (defense, length, athleticism, what else could you want?). But it may be a long shot.

The guys I think who could get pulled away by the spurs would have to  be some players who are not considered high value ...  guys like Trevor Ariza and Maurice Evans come to mind right away. The Wizards' Nick Young wouldn't be bad either .. though the Wiz may want to keep him.

As for who's leaving? Anyone not named Duncan, Parker, Ginobili, and Bowen could possibly leave.

    Hope this helps. Go Spurs!

  7. No one else will leave the club ...and i doubt very much they will make any more signings in the next 2 weeks .... though i do think they need to sign someone else ....

  8. if there all left the club, it much better than worse.

  9. If re-signing is part of the question, then yes...gaerth bale signed a new contract til 2012 with the Spurs...

    I hope that helps...

  10. Yes, there gonna sign Cesc Fabregas
