Will Stephenie Meyer release Midnight Sun?

Question

I read the chapters she released, or, more so, one of her 'buddies' released. Its really good so far, and it broke my heart to read all of Edwards worries, and it tortures me to see what Steph is going through.

People are saying something about putting it on hold, like shes taking a break. Will she continue where she left off, will she finish it? Please help a girl out.

According to the US Copyright Office the book Midnight Sun was completed and is scheduled to be released August 2011. Oh yeah! The countdown has begun!

she should release it cuz heka people love the twilight saga and o couse will buy it.and it will be dum if she dose it sell it / finish it cuz people r going2 keep ridin her 4 if she dosen t and she ll make more money:)

i honestly don't think that she would just stop writing it. she's probably done with it by now. she's making soooo much money off of twilight that it would be the stupidest decision she could ever make if she didn't finish it.

Yes, as long as nobody brings up Midnight Sun she will continue the project. She says that it is to hard and that she might make James and Victoria win, she is so angry and she does not want the book to be ruined because of that. She is hoping that two years is good time, that means another year from August, but I think that she feels guilty and will restart it.
