Will Steven Jackson sign by the start of the season?

I got offered Jackson for Mcfadden and with Jackson holding out I'm not quite sure if I want to risk this trade. My guess is he will sign by the start of the season but will he be in shape. The plus of this is Jackson is a proven player while Mcfadden is a rookie. should I make this trade.
