Question:

Will Switzerland allow entry into the country if I have a felony?

I was convicted of a class 6 felony in Arizona (endangerment with motor vehicle) and I wanted to know if a ski/snowboard trip to Switzerland would have any kind of hold ups. It's classified as a non-violent, non-repetitive offense. I have been looking for answers regarding travel and can't seem to find any source specifically for the country.

  1. That's absolutely no problem. Switzerland does not care about your motor vehicle behaviour in the US.

And as long as you have your drivers licence you are allowed to drive.

Have a great stay and enjoy your ski/snowboard trip!

  2. I really don't think that this could be a problem. Yes, they will allow entry into Switzerland (if the US customs allow you to go).

  3. If you have a US-passport, you are good to stay in Switzerland for tourist purposes up to 90 days, and that's it.

  4. I hope not dude you are a felon
