  1. the specs u supplied answer only part of the problem

    ur running a pretty old pc there, and the videoc ard is pretty dam old too

    idk why you want to do this "upgrade" but if it helps  lol sweet

    anyways .. what you need to check for is on your mother board

    open up the computer, there should be one side that is removable either by screws, a wierd tab thing, or thumb screws.

    look on the bottom left corner of your mother board ( if it a generic motherboard)

    there should be a bunch of ports sticking out

    IF you have any free white ones then your ok

    The car used a PCI interface and should work


  2. Odds are that it will work, but first I need to know what mobo you have.
