Will Target match the price for a K-Mart item?

It's for a phone.... Tracfone's w370 is on sale at K-mart for the online advertised price of $29.99, and Target was selling it for $39.99 last time I checked. If I bring in the K-mart flyer and talk to the manager or something might they match it? Thanks

I don't have a K-mart really close so it'd save money/gas/time...
