Will Target take back an opened computer game that I'm not satisfied with?

I bought a game at Target yesterday that stopped working on my computer a few minutes into the game that was already confusing. Are they going to take it back?

They will probably let you exchange it for the same game, that's about it. The reason for this is because of copyright laws. If they took back opened games/DVDs/CDs it would be easy for someone to buy it, make a copy, and then return it.

According to Target's return policy, they will not take back the opened game. Unfortunately, this is a standard policy with most stores (Wal-mart, Best Buy, etc.) when purchasing CDs, DVDs, and games.
