Question:

Will Ted DiBiase Jr. become the real deal in the future?

Reason why I'm asking is that, on some websites, he's heavily talked about backstage to be the one that defeats Undertaker at WrestleMania and it would also catapult him into the Main Event role for years to come but what does he have to do to gain a match against The Undertaker at WrestleMania?

  1. Will he become the real deal in the future....Yes he will.

If the WWE can break him away from Cody Rhodes who is less talented on the mic than DiBiase, then I can see a good future for Ted. He is talented on the mic and good in the ring, so I don't see what's stopping him.

On his possible match with 'Taker and ending the streak, this is interesting. I would never want 'Taker's streak to be brought to an end, but I would love to see a feud between these two. DiBiase is talented enough to work an angle with The Undertaker.

I just cannot see 'Taker losing though. Good idea.

  2. Yes, but unlike me, he will never be the greatest Intercontinental; Champion of all time.

  3. Ted will be a big thing he reminds me of Randy Orton but i really don't think he will finish taker's streat he is very young to do somethin like this

  4. NO ONE will EVER beat taker at WM.

    it just won't happen.

    that's his total gimmick.

  5. The question shouldn't be Will he be the real deal in the future, but Can he be the real deal.

The problem with Ted DiBiase (Jr) is that for now, he's going to be thought mainly as the son of one of the greatest wrestlers never to win a World Title.  That's a lot of pressure that he's going to be under, and we've seen in the past that just because your the son of a legends, that doesn't guarantee you greatness.  Take a look at David Flair and Dustin Runnels for examples.

Now, on the flip side, does he have the tools to be the real deal?  He's got undeniable talent, he's got a good look, and every time he gets on the mic he seems to get better.  As long as he's booked correctly (See Randy Orton after his first shoulder injury) he can go places.

Will he be the guy that beats the Undertaker at Wrestlemania?  Doubtful, as I don't think that they are going to have the Undertaker lose to someone that's less than an established talent to get them over.  WWE respects the Undertaker's legacy too much to allow that to happen.

Will he be a future World Champion?  Too early to say.  But if he continues to improve, and show that he's much more than the Million Dollar Man's son (Again....see Randy Orton), he will do it.  But if he can't escape his father's shadow, it won't happen.

  6. If you think about it, it all makes sense.  Ted Dibiase Sr. brought Taker into the wwe,   When Randy Orton comes back, he will more then likely head the faction of "The Next Generation" Consisting of himself, DiBiase, Cody Rhodes.... and maybe Natalie Niedhardt.  Randy Orton s the legend killer, so it makes sense if all this happens for a member of Orton's faction to end the legendary win streak of the taker.

    Think about it!

  7. Yes he has a future in WWE.It's gonna be a few years before he beats Taker at WM.I am not so sure I want that to happen.I do like him and Rhodes together.I think they will go far in the tag division and let's face it,we need help there right now.

  8. I see him being the next randy orton

  9. WELL I THINK WWE WANTS TO PUSH TED DIBIASE JR.

FOR BIG SUCCESS AND I HEARED ON SOME WEBSITE

THAT WWE WANTS TO MAKE DIBIASE A NEW VERSION

OF RANDY ORTON AND YES I JUST READ THAT WWE

ARE TALKING ABOUT DIBIASE TO END UNDERTAKER'S

LEGENDRY STREAK THEY ARE DOING RIGHT AT LEAST

IF TRIPLE H,EDGE,BATISTA OR HBK WOULD END

HIS STREAK THAT WOULD BE SO BORING BECAUSE WE

ALL KNOW TAKER HAS DEFEATED 3 OF THEM AT WRESTLEMANIA

AND ABOUT HBK I DONT THINK HE IS THE RIGHT

CHOICE TO END STREAK I THINK DIBIASE IS BETTER

TALENTED TO FEUD WITH LEGENDRY UNDERTAKER BUT

I DONT WANT ANYONE TO END HIS STREAK I WANT

HIM TO RETIRE WITH STREAK THATS ALL

  10. He has the tools, the wrestling skills and charisma to be a top wrestler in the WWE for years to come. He is a long way from gaining a match against the Undertaker at a Wrestlemania. He probably is at least three years away from that. What wrestlers has he had a rivalry with? He hasn't feuded with Kennedy, MVP, John Morrison, Matt Hardy or anyone to let you see him as being on the rise. He's going to have to wrestle a number of singles matches against better wrestlers than he has competed against so far.

  11. That wouldnt happen, not now, anyway.

To me, that would be stupid to push someone so soon.

What is probably going to happen is He and cody Rhodes team up with Orton when he comes back. That's probably why they were seen backstage on raw.
