Yes for sure, but like in the past Telus users will have to wait probably 3-6 months at least before Rogers' exclusivity wears out.

im hoping this will change in the future - such as when the bloated big 3 cell phone providers get priced out by smaller foreign-backed companies that offer more competitive pricing and the long-awaited (coast to coast unlimited plan for under 100$)
