im a Big NY Jets fan big NY Mets fan in Knicks fan will the NY Jets make the Super bowl look they got Farve they got Blockers they got D they just need 1 more WR in a HB in one more CB in they straight now it is possible there going to the SB now everbody always pick there SB picks the Colts,Pats,Cowboys the most in never pick a diffrent team in the thing i notice in SB who ever wins last year alot of People pick them in Super bowl like the Giants last year nobody was talking about bring ing the Giants in the SB in now ever sense they won the SB now people are picking them this year again but i think the Jets could do it this year in dont get sike be cause other people are not picking them but what do ya think about the Jets this year

I think they will make it to the  conference finals, losing to either the patriots or the seahawks. patriots vs cowboys, that's the superbowl, winner, cowboys.

I dont see the Jets in a Super Bowl anytime soon. Getting rid of Pennington was a definate step in the right direction. They have a good enough core, but they still need a little support in a few positions.

In 2-3yrs from now, with a couple good drafts and 3-4 nice free-agent signings, I can easily see them in a Super Bowl. It will happen WITHOUT Favre tho.

The reason that the same teams seem to always be the popular Super Bowl picks is because those teams work hard to stay atop the rankings.  Sure, the Jets added Favre and one real quality offensive lineman and another starter.  That brings them about halfway to where teams like the Patriots, Colts and Chargers are on offense.  On those teams, half of the offense plays at a Pro Bowl level every year.  Line up Favre, T. Jones, whoever their TE is, and Coles & Cotchery against those other three teams' lineups, and see how many Jets you'd take over any of their players.  

Now, I think the Jets have come a long way, but they still have a major hill to climb in their conference - shucks, even in their division, the Bills are a team on the rise, too, so it'd be a major surprise to see them in the big game.  All of that being said, this is the NFL - anything's possible.

Of course it is possible they upgraded the O-line and QB  but most likely the wont finish in the playoffs the AFC is stacked pats, colts,

jags, chargers, steelers, seem to have a better shot for the spots available

Hahahahaha! Er, no. The Jets will definitely NOT make it to the Super Bowl. A more legitimate Question would be, "Will the Jets make the Play Offs?" and once again the answer will be "No". But with a little less laughter. The Jets are not a good franchise, haven't been for quite a while, and won't be for a while longer.
