Will The Sims 2 Work On My Computer?

I have a compaq presario PC With a Intel Celeron CPU 420 @ 1.60GHz, 1600 Mhz, 1 GB ram and a Non T&L Intel 83945G Express Chipset with 256 MB Ram. The thing i'm concerned about is that the sims 2 needs 2Ghz CPU if it you have a Non T&L Graphics card. And i have a non supported graphics card too! Please help me out ~Thanks~

Well really I think you've answered your own question. Seriously. You should give yourself best answer. No, the game won't work. It may work briefly or for brief spurts but your chip will probably overheat and that could seriously jeopardise your motherboard.Sorry if that's not the answer you wanted to hear...
