Will The big bang theory be released on dvd in the UK?

i have tried all sites and i have heard amazon has removed it but no one has the answer as if its coming out please help i need the dvd as i have watched all of scrubs and need to watch the big bang theory and i don't have home internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazon removed it because they had the U.K. release date the same as the U.S. one, but CBS have refused to make any announcement about whether the DVD will be released in the U.K. There's talk of it being just before christmas, but these are just rumours.

There's also (unsubstantiated) rumours that the reason it's taking quite a lot longer than the U.S. release is because they're putting a lot more extras on the U.K. release (the U.S. one has little or no extras).

I emailed CBS and asked them and I just got a generic reply of "there's no release date set" which in a way is a good thing because they're not saying that it won't be released. But I'm afraid we're going to have to wait quite a bit longer before there's any info about it.
