When he first appeared he showed some potential. But it has not really exploded yet.

  1. He is great - just too much expected of him because he's English, the pundits hyke im up a bit much and it puts pressure on him!

  2. He has a lot of potential but he needs to be on team where he can get a lot of exposure (international exposure) in order to really shine. Teams like Man U. or Real Madrid or AC Milan would really suit his style and if given the opportunity I think he can really explode.

  3. Well he's still a teenager and considering the pressure that's been put on him by the press, pundits and gunners fans he's done fantastic. In all honesty I don't see him ever being Pele standard but in five, six, seven years when he peaks I can see him being the new England frontman.

  4. Considering his age and the pressure that has been put on him I think he had done so well........... To move from a club like Southampton where no one has heard of him to Arsenal I think he's done great, When he plays he scores and put allot into each game!

  5. Theo Walcott will be great in two seasons.

  6. He's good player but I think he'll never be great. There have been many players who caught the attentions at first place and named to be second Beckham, second Ronaldo etc but they could never shine again.

  7. Its always the same with young English players, they are hyped up to be world class before they have even played a dozen first team games.  I think he will be a decent player but never great

  8. Just wait and see. He provide a good assist for Adebayor in the champions league semi final against liverpool but they still lose anyway.
