I am talking about the severe disability where the person on the wheelchair is unable to even talk or sit up straight. I watched a short movie earlier about a man who was bitter and angry that he was having to look after his handicapped disabled brother. It was a sad movie and I actually was moved to tears...Watching the movie got me thinking about this.....
