Thomas Jones, mainly because he is the feature back.  As long as he is having decent weeks, he should do well.  Meanwhile, DeAngelo Williams is in a competitive time-share, where if one of the backs struggles and the other steps up, one could lose a good portion of their playing time.

It will probably be a dead heat.  Jones is likely to score more TD's as he is a much better short yardage back than D Williams, but Williams will likely outgain him.  I like Jones better though, because he is less likely to lose his starting position...
