Will Tropical Storm Hanna go to NYC?

Is there a chance for it to hit nyc?As a Hurricane=}?Tropical Storm=]?Tropical Depression=/?or just the Remnants=[?

no because a huge High Pressure system is protecting it, high pressure systems lop off the head of hurricanes and push them in a easterly direction

if it dose go to new york city, it wont be bad... since the climate are pretty cool up there..

its possible. you can tell the strength until you now how ong its over water. nyc water temps are about 76 degrees and a bit east into the atlantic ocean where the gulf stream is water temps are in the 80s. probably wont hit as a hurricane, but if it heads in that direction which may not happen, it could be a tropical storm.

Remnants. The Atlantic has been unusually cool this year along the coast. And a hurricane needs warm water to strengthen

As of today, September 3rd, the NY area is in a possible path but it's too soon to tell.

Highly unlikely.  However, the city will probably get a good rain out of it.
