  1. Perhaps with Humanitarian aid .Hopefully-  At the very least.


  2. No, because Russia will not allow aid to flow into the country.

  3. Not by military action.

    Likely there will be massive support afterward.

  4. Not that they dont want to, they cant, the security council's members need a unanimous vote and Russia is on the security council so they will just veto.
