Will UPS leave my package if I leave a note?

I sent my Xbox 360 in to get fixed last week, and it's due to be delivered back to me on Friday via UPS.

They said they deliver anytime between 9am-7pm, and you can't specify when you want them to deliver it.. but I won't be home until after 3 on Friday. If I leave a note for them to leave it.. or like, put it on my back porch or something.. will they do it?

UPS sucks and they throw and drop boxes and packages. My delivery guy leaves things I DON'T want him to leave. If he leaves it without a signature which will be dictated by the shipper not you, you can keep it and say you never recieved it. I would not do this because I have morals but it would serve them right if someone did do this to them.

Maybe you could have a neighbor sign for it and hold it for you. Or your other option would be to have them hold it at the local terminal and go pick it up.

Io i think u have to be around to sign for it, it is a very expensive item

That depends on your delivery man and if a signature is required.

they will not leave it you have to sign for it.  ask if you can pick it up instead.
