Will USPS Deliver the Same Day as the Item Arrives?

i bought something and it is being sent through USPS. On my tracking number, it says that the item arrived in Bellaire Texas (where I live) this morning. Will it be delivered today?

No, it should be tomorrow.  Mail trucks leave very early in the morning, and the package probably arrived in your town too late to get on today's truck.

It is possible. In my PO, the incoming mail begins to arrive around 0300. If the load is light, and the scanning can be done before dispatch, then those items are delivered that day.
