Will WA, ID, and OR honor an Alaska Driver's Permit?

My father and I will be traveling through Washington State, Idaho, and Oregon and I was trying to figure out if all these states honor an Alaska Driver's Permit. I'm 15, nearly 16, and meet all "permit" laws for all three states. Thanks!
