Will a 1-wire distributor work on an 88 Camaro?

Question

I have a franken-camaro that I'm trying to sort out which needs a distributor. It's either an 88 (according to the title) or a 86/87 (third brake light mounted on the glass). it's got a 350 with a TH350 transmission that I believe is pre 85/86. I've been seeing those $50 distributors that connect with 1 wire, would that work with this car? The distributor on there looks to be the one that would have worked with the car originally.

Well considering the one wire is 12 volts, I'm sure it will work.  Make sure you get one close to the vintage of your engine to insure proper advance curves are preset.
