Will a 1990 sea ray sundancer 310 have any problem making it from florida to the carribean and bahamas?

  2. i make regular trips in a 29 foot searay but if the seas are from the north and above four feet, it will be a rough go. twin engines are a must as is a seaworthy dinghy, GPS, emrgency beacon.enough fuel for 100 miles and all emergency gear. on a good day it will be about a 5to6 hour trip depending on your destination . be sure to comply with all the rules and report to the port authority immediately on arrival.

  3. should be fine,just watch the weather and keep plenty of fuel.go to the bahamas first and island hop down to the Caribbean

  4. No, we use to go from Miami to Bimini. We did take an extra 20gal. in the event of unforeseen. We had only 100 gal. tank on a 30' with twin 318 inboards.

  5. If you have to ask, it is probably advisable to stay in protected waters until your experience level has increased a bit
