Will a 289 crank fit in a 302?

if a 289 crank fits will it stroke the motor for a mud truck not worry if it blows

The 302 is basically a stroked 289.  They are both 4" bore.  The 302 stroke was 3", the 289 was 2.87".  It will work, but you'd also have to use the longer 289 rods.  You'd basically end up with a 289.
