  1. Look at this site;

    It tells you each states individual gun laws.

    As far as I know, it is only felons that can't purchase guns.

    I use this site to plan on whether or not I can carry my gun to that state when traveling and planning my future of where I might relocate some day.

    Funny thing is they would probably be appalled if they knew that their site is being used for that. It is a campaign against gun violence.  LOL!

    Of course I am not a violent person, I just believe in my right to protect myself.

  2. check with you local law enforcement agency, but I would imagine not.  Usually a felony will cause you probs but even in that case you can have your firearm rights restored after a certain amount of years if you can prove you've been a model citizen within the community for the required amount of years.  Well of course, if your not a rapo, was a drug/weapon related felony, etc..

  3. IT SHOULDN'T JUST THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO GIVE THEM A NOTARIZED STATEMENT OF WHAT HAPPENED ALONG WITH A COURT DISPOSITION. IF IT WAS 30 YEARS AGO YOU COULD HAVE IT EX-SPONGED FROM YOUR RECORD YOU WOULD HAVE TO CHECK WITH NEVADA PD AS THERE GUN LAWS ARE NOT AS TOUGH AS THEY ARE  HERE IN NYC.
