always check your clearances. especially when turning. make sure the tires do not rub. if they  do you will have to get a lift kit or offset wheels.

it will make your gear ratio a little taller if they are bigger than the stock tires, but it shouldnt make that big of a deal

Should be ok... I think you will have enough clearance in your wheel well.
