Will a 45/45 integrated headset fit on a 36/45 headset frame well enough to ride rough bmx?

i dont know much about integrated headsets and want to know if an experienced rider would see a big difference in the 45/45 headset and will it move around? Also what companies should i look into for a good bmx headset, i usually use danscomp.com and they have a veriety but dont know which one i should get.
