if u remember the Jake Brown fall off the quarter pipe of big air at last years x games he had a 33% chance of making it, and that was in comparison to a 4 story building. a jump from 5 have a 1 in 10 chance of survival.

there are many factors (how you fall, how heavy you are, what you fall on) that decide the outcome of a fall from that kind of height. in my opinion i think from 9 stories, the majority of the time the fall will be fatal or lead to some sort of paralysis

yes, people have died from 2 story falls

but like everything else there are exceptions, people have lived from falls much greater than 9 stories...
