Will a Embassy check the previous rejection cause?

Will a Embassy check the previous rejection cause,

if my Visa is rejected for one Embassy because of my back ground, Can i apply to another Embassy with different back ground.

As the 1st stated..... FRAUD, and they will catch you

no that would be fraud and if caught you can be banned from ever getting a visa.and yes the embassies are conected so they can and will find you out.

Did you get in your time machine and go back so you could NOT do what you had done to get rejected?

If not, you are SOL.
