If you want to take admission in some university, contact the university, even if they will not accept it they will ask you to take some credit courses. If you are seeking job, that all depend on employer approach and how badly they need you.

thats hard to say, i know a guy who had a degree in engineering from germany but it wasnt accepted. try contacting some schools in the area you want to live and they can at least tentatively tell u if ur degree will b accepted.
