I am getting a hdtv cord for my wii and was wondering if it would work for a standard tv with yellow red and white outputs.

  1. Nope you need an HDMI Tv.  Otherwise dont buy it, it won't work at all.


  2. The "HD" cord for wii are component cables (green, blue, red for video and red and yellow for audio). The input on your tv is COMPOSITE, two different connections. So NO it will not work.

  3. no... HDTV chords only work on HDTV tv's.. the pic will be all fuzzy
